Have the Project Daymaker
Winnebago come to your event.
Get StartedContact
Kelly Collison to discuss availability and the
location of your event. The Winnebago is available any
day of the week, so don't be afraid to ask. You should
also choose a location where you can serve clients in
need of hair services (men, women and children).
Locations we serve include...
- shelters for battered women and children
- drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers
- working poor/job training centers
- back to school events in poor school districts
- orphanages
- YWCA
- Dress for Success locations
- Ronald McDonald Houses
- Mental Health Centers
- Child and Family Service Centers
Once you have finalized a date and location you will
need to profile the clientele to be served using the
Project Daymaker PR Form.
Keep in Mind
If Project Daymaker needs to provide
volunteers, most salons are closed on Sundays and
Mondays and may more likely be available to donate their
time to serve those in need.
As much as possible, events will be planned in
locations and on dates that are in close proximity of
one another for environmental and financial
practicality.
